Emily in Paris gained recognition for the adventures of Lily Collins’ character Emily Cooper as she travelled to seven cities.
After the main lead explored several locations in the show, it is finally wrapping up with its final season 6.
According to the creator, the finale is all set to bring “everything you love about the show and serve as the final chapter in” the titular character’s adventure.
Fans are now debating about the reason that might have caused it to finally wrap up with many joking that her “work visa expired.”
Another netizen was confused about the show running long, writing on the platform: “It’s still a wonder how this show got 6 seasons while Netflix cancelled many amazing series.”
A third slammed the show, “Only watched the first season. Y’all ain’t missing much.”
The series was arguably long-running while many demanded it should have ended gracefully after two seasons.
However, fans expressed their excitement as they will get to see the end of the story.
This came after several stars confirmed their departure which includes Camille Razat, who played on and off girlfriend of Gabriel, Rupert Everett, Kate Walsh, Charles Martins and others.
Although it is officially confirmed to be coming to an end, the exact release date is yet to be finalised.
