Prince Harry and Meghan Markle are facing heightened security concerns after an insider warned that the couple, and their children, Prince Archie, and Princess Lilibet, are now considered “high-value targets” for stalkers.

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex, who left royal life in 2020 and now reside in Montecito, California, are reportedly being discussed across encrypted dark web channels, with extremists allegedly viewing them as potential kidnap and torture targets.

A security source told Radar Online: “They are a high-value kidnap and torture commodity for extremists… The threat level against them is now on red.”

Prince Harry, 40, recently lost a UK court appeal over the downgrade of his taxpayer-funded security, prompting him to declare he would not bring Meghan and their children back to the UK due to safety concerns.

While Harry visited London alone for the court hearing in April, Meghan hasn’t returned to the UK since 2022, following Queen Elizabeth II’s funeral.

There are currently no known plans for their children to visit the UK.
