Diddy trial: Dismissed Black juror breaks silence

As the trial of Sean “Diddy” Combs goes into its second month, things are getting increasingly murky.

The trial itself has now become the subject of controversy after the presiding judge dismissed one of the jurors due to alleged dishonesty.

The dismissal resulted in the defence accusing the court of racial bias, as the juror in question was of Black Hispanic heritage.

“There have been issues with the representation of African American and Hispanic jurors in this District. We’ve taken a step with this jury, now we’re taking a step backward,” Diddy’s attorney told the media.

Now TMZ is reporting that the infamous Juror Number 6 did not wish to be part of the high-profile trial in the first place.

The outlet talked to someone close to the juror, who revealed that he was not interested in the case but was summoned by the legal system for his mandatory jury duty.

The source also disclosed that the man is reserved in nature and did not seek media attention amid his dismissal.
