Ryan Reynolds 'confirms' Deadpool appearance in 'Avengers: Doomsday'

Ryan Reynolds proved he carries the Deadpool personality everywhere as he spawned unexpectedly at a comic-con.

The 49-year-old actor was a wild card entry at the San Diego comic-con that took place on July 25 to present the X-Men characters in the upcoming Avengers: Doomsday.

He dressed up as his character and was joined by co-stars of the Marvel universe, including Robert Downey Jr. and Paul Rudd.

While his role in the movie is not confirmed by the creators, Ryan joked about the filming schedule to which Robert responded with: “It’s in the can, bro.”

Poking fun at the Hollywood A-list star’s comment, the Iron Man star asked him to look around: “Did you bump your head?”

He added to the conversation, appearing disappointed, while asking about any “additional photography, no averages, maybe last-minute additions?”

The statement was seen as a hint at his addition to the cast of the upcoming movie which is set to release in December 2026.

One of the X users was convinced, writing on the platform: “He’s definitely in the movie, because why would Ryan show up wearing his Deadpool suit.”

Another netizen connected the dots, pending down: “So he’s in it and that scene of Thor holding him dying… well that’s a thing then,” while a third believes he is desperate for a cameo.

A massive cast, portraying the superheroes and the antagonists, will be appearing in the Doomsday with Robert playing Doctor Doom.
