Ariana Grande paid tribute to the tragic loss of her beloved grandmother, Marjorie Grande, who breathed her last at the age of 99.

The 31-year-old pop icon released her seventh album, Eternal Sunshine, which included her late Nonna, Marjorie.

On Tuesday, June 17, the 7 Secrets with Victoria Justice famed star’s mother Joan took to her Instagram account to announce the death of the departed soul, stating, “We are devastated to share that the beloved matriarch of our family has passed away. Marjorie (Nonna) Grande passed peacefully in her home and was surrounded by her family and loved ones for every moment of her last few week.”

“We thank you for your love, support and for respecting our privacy as we grieve and celebrate her beautiful, extraordinary life,” she further added.

Meanwhile, the Wicked actress paid the tribute by sharing a monochrome throwback photo from her grannie nuptials with her late spouse Frank, featuring the couple dancing, along with a short caption that reads, “forever”, on her social media account.

Additionally, the late singer, the mother of Ariana's mom Joan, made record breaking history by having a song featured on the Billboard Hot 100 list, due to her contribution in the song Ordinary Things.
