Will Smith, who marked his return with first album after a gap of 20 years, opened up about his biggest mistake during new interview.
In 2022, the 56-year-old actor faced major setback after he went on the Oscars stage to slap comedian Chris Rock for mocking his wife Jada Pinkett’s shaved head.
However, Will is seemingly regretting something completely unrelated, calling it his “terrible mistake” of life.
During his appearance on Heart radio, the Bad Boys: Rise or Die actor revealed he does not advocate “radical honesty” when it comes to parenting.
The Academy Award winner, who is a father to Jaden, Willow and Trey, explained that “the deal was if you tell the truth you won’t get in trouble.”
Although Amanda Holden confirmed it might work, he warned other parents to stay away from it as “[the children] do whatever they want and they just come and tell you.”
This comes after the Men in Black star received backlash for his newly released track Pretty Girls, which seemingly disappointed the online community.
One of the X users noted that he “has no credibility about anything anymore” while another revealed feeling like “he came out of the closet.”
A third one poked fun at the musician by saying: “But why didn’t you use any [pretty girls] in this terrible video?”
A fourth one hinted at Will's rocky relationship with his wife, writing: “What Jada has done to this man I wouldn’t wish on my worst enemy.”

Although the Aladdin actor and his partner Jada have gone through a rough patch in their relationship, the two are sill legally married to each other. It is to be noted that the duo announced their separation in 2016.
