Kanye West and Drake album 'on the way'
Ye and Drake may collaborate on new album after Digital Nas teases joint project
Looks like Ye, formerly known as Kanye West, and Drake may very well make an album together in the foreseeable future.
The Yeezy founder recently declared that Drizzy is among hip-hop’s big three, along with himself and Top5.
Ye even reposted a fan’s post on X, formerly Twitter, that pleaded with him to make things right with Drake.
The rapper also collaborated with Digital Nas on the explicit track titled COUSINS, which came out earlier this month.
Nas did a Twitch livestream over the weekend and made some claims that have gotten the hopes up of many rap fans.
During the stream, the record producer simply declared “Ye and Drake album on the way.”
While the claim seems like a longshot considering the present circumstances, it is entirely possible as Ye previously praised Drake by calling him “million times better” than Kendrick Lamar.
The 47-year-old is also publicly supporting the God’s Plan rapper in his ongoing legal battle with Universal Music Group (UMG).
When was the last time Kanye West and Drake performed together?
The two iconic artists last shared the stage at the Free Larry Hoover Benefit Concert in Los Angeles in 2021. The same year, Ye and Drake went head-to-head after simultaneously releasing their albums, Donda and Certified Lover Boy.
