Ariana Grande disappointed fans after repeatedly denying new music, but now the singer has been dropping hints about her eighth one.

The Breathin singer started off by leaving eight emojis in comments and playfully remarking that the fanbase would think that an album was coming before she embarked on tour.

Ariana has now progressed to sharing images of her recording in a studio seemingly associated with Max Martin, as well as teasing the release date. 

Internet users on X have tracked the progression of the Wicked actress’s prior albums.

In went from Eternal Sunshine, to the deluxe Brighter Days Ahead as well as some other consistent hints she has dropped, and sleuths have put more things together to figure out more about the forthcoming album.

One netizen wrote, “Waitttt ES being the sunset, BD being the night and AG8 being the actual sunrise as in she got better,” since fans have started noticing her colour scheme for the new drop and have associated it with yellow.

Another added, “I want the album to be called The Spotless Mind idkkkk,” because the singer has revealed that she was inspired by the Jim Carrey film Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind.

A third internet user remarked, “She is a mastermind,” with a shy emoji as they also dissected her image of daisies with petals after the singer had been teasing flowers.
