Cruz Beckham new project involving lover, Jackie Apostel sparks mixed reactions

Cruz Beckham, who is focusing on his career as a musician, recently released his new single, waste your pain, and has sparked mixed reactions.

The lover of Brazilian-German singer, Jackie Apostel, launched his new work on YouTube on Friday, April 10, 2026.

Upon premiering the new music along with a video which features his band, the crooner has sparked quite some buzz among netizens.

Few online users loved the song, while others were of the opinion that they didn’t like how the 21-year-old has bandmates, aged 30 and above.

One admirer penned, “I'm amazed at how much this feels like a cool Brittania era song, and the risky business inspiration was a great decision!”

Another viewer wrote, “I Love it My favourite Song. Well done to everyone sounds fantastic!”

Notably, the singer was supported by his nine-year-old girlfriend, who directed and produced the track’s video.

“This Cruz Beckham boy band thing is weird. The songs are alright but like why are his band mates some late 30’s guys. They look odd with him,” a criticiser concluded.

It is to be noted that the son of former member of the Spice Girls, Victoria Beckham, made the beats of the song heavily inspired by iconic musicians, namely The Beatles, Oasis, and The Stone Roses.
