Finn Wolfhard sat down for an interview with People where he opened up about the fate of his character, Mike Wheeler on Stranger Things in the upcoming final season.

"I was so happy with his ending, and I don't know, I was satisfied, but I was also very confused and sad, but also very happy," said the actor.

About the series finally coming to an end, he remarked, "I felt like I was in a dream or something. None of it felt real. I don't know, it felt perfect.”

“In 1980s Indiana, a group of young friends witness supernatural forces and secret government exploits. As they search for answers, the children unravel a series of extraordinary mysteries,” reads the synopsis of the show.

It stars several breakout actors as well as some Hollywood icons including Millie Bobby Brown, Noah Schnapp, Caleb McLaughlin, Gaten Matarazzo and Sadie Sink, plus Joe Keery, Maya Hawke, Natalia Dyer, Charlie Heaton, Jamie Campbell Bower, Brett Gelman, David Harbour and Winona Ryder.

Recalling how he felt while filming his final scene, Wolfhard stated, "I just couldn't believe it at all. It didn't really start to go into focus until the next day. It was like an emotional hangover. But it ended really well, and I just have such positive things to say about everyone."
