With new roles emerging in the movie adaptation, Denis is gearing up to add The Batman actor in the new sequel.

Robert will appear as an antagonist to play the role of Scytale, as reported by Deadline.
Previously, it was revealed that the Canadian filmmaker plans to begin filming this summer as he is marking his return to direction.

Part Two of the franchise, which made $1.12 billion at the global box office, was awarded with eight Oscars from total of 15 nominations.
