Jack Black is delighting fans with his recent appearances among which his unexpected get-together with Tanner Smith is not an exception.
The School Of Rock actor surprised Tanner, who is a massive fan of Kung Fu Panda, with his presence on April 3.
The 55-year-old had previously sent Smith a short clip of himself, vowing to connect in-person with him “someday soon.”
Black was not making any empty promises as he paid the Clementine University graduate a surprise visit at The Kelly Clarkson Show, which started off with Kelly telling guest Tanner to view a second video that the star had recorded for him.
In the snippet, Jack could be seen saying, "What’s up, Tanner? Jack Black here! I still cannot wait to meet you in person, but I’m on the road with A Minecraft Movie.”
After which he added, “But luckily, I have insane ninja kung fu powers, which means I can come through these doors and I’m gonna see you right now when I come through these doors!”
Jack then rushed out from behind the studio doors and ran toward the Love on the Spectrum star to give him a massive hug.
Following the thrilling moment, Jack took a seat next to Tanner on the couch, who enthusiastically expressed, “Jack, I’m so glad I finally get to meet you! Jack, I’m your biggest fan 'cause you're a great actor and a great singer.”
The Emmy Award winner then went on to compliment Tanner saying, “And to meet you in person is amazing for me too!”
Notably, Love on the Spectrum is a Netflix show which follows the relationships and dating experiences of young adults with autism living in Australia.
