Vitaly is at it again but this time in the Philippines.

The YouTuber and streamer is currently in a Filipino jail after being arrested for public harassment.

According to local news outlets, Vitaly was apprehended in the city of Pasay after the Bureau of Immigration issued direct orders for his arrest.

Vitaly has been labelled an “undesirable foreign national” by the authorities after he confronted Filipino locals on a March 31 livestream.

The Russian threatened a local woman, saying “Madam, I am going to f**king rob you” before using offensive language against her.

Following the arrest, streaming service Kick also banned the content creator who was on his Southeast Asian tour doing IRL streams.

Vitaly is no stranger to controversy as he was previously arrested for similar charges in 2020 for allegedly assaulting a passer-by in Florida.

The 33-year-old also recently did controversial streams where his team entrapped alleged “child predators” by setting up meetings with minors.

Vitaly made a name for himself in the online space by creating prank videos and also doing publicity stunts like invading the soccer field during the finals of the 2014 FIFA World Cup in Brazil.
