Meghan Markle revealed the one precious gift that her daughter Princess Lilibet will inherit one day.
Back in 2015, six years before she birthed Lilibet, the Duchess of Sussex purchased a luxury gift for herself that she intended on passing down to her daughter one day.
Speaking in an interview with HELLO!, the Suits alum shared that she treated herself to a Cartier Tank Francaise watch when the aforementioned show got renewed for a third season.
With a price tag of £5,000, the watch not only carried a hefty value but would make an extra special gift to Lilibet as it had something special engraved into it.
"When I found out Suits had been picked up for our third season - which, at the time, felt like such a milestone - I totally splurged and bought a two-tone version [of the watch]," Meghan said at the time.
She added: "I plan to give it to my daughter one day.
"That's what makes pieces special, the connection you have to them."
Meghan went on to receive a second Cartier Tank Francaise piece, given to her by her husband Prince Harry, which belonged to his late mother Princes Diana during the initial days of their relationship.
This comes after news of Lilibet’s second birthday.
While plans for the little one’s big day were not revealed by the Sussexes, New Idea revealed how parents of the royal planned on making her day special with gifts.
"No doubt she’ll be getting a truckload of presents," the source said.
"Meghan has fallen in love with Cartier’s absolutely divine music boxes.
"Harry is letting Meghan take charge of most of Lili’s gifts, but he was talking about adding more British books to the nursery that he used to love as a kid, like the Paddington Bear and Frog and Toad series."
