Brad Pitt's action thriller has been a box office hit as the movie has surpassed $100 million at the domestic box office.
On September 30, Bratt Pitt's movie Bullet Train collected $101 million at the domestic box office, making it the 14th movie of 2022 that has hit the touchstone.
According to Variety, Bullet Train opened with $30 million at the box office in August, and for seven straight weeks, it remained on the top five box office charts, benefitting from the month without any high-profile releases.
The movie is a Sony production and the network spent $90 million on production. Furthermore, the film is also an adaptation of a Japanese novel called Maria Beetle and directed by David Leitch, famous for Deadpool 2.
Bratt Pitt stars as an assassin, with a looming retirement, who is given the task of collecting a briefcase from a bullet train. What he doesn't know is that there are other assains on board with a similar task to accomplish.
Pitt stars alongside Joey King, Brian Tyree Henry, Michael Shannon, Sandra Bullock, and Benito A. Martínez Ocasio, better known as Bad Bunny.
