Queen Elizabeth II’s official death certificate has revealed the late monarch’s cause of death.
According to the documents published by the National Record of Scotland on Thursday, the 96-year-old died of “old age.”
The documents also stated the Queen’s time of death: 3:10 p.m.
Her Majesty passed away on September 08, Thursday, with her eldest son, now-King Charles III, and daughter, Princess Anne by her side.
The rest of her family – two other children, eight grandchildren, and twelve great-grandchildren – couldn’t make it in time to say their final goodbyes to the longest-reigning monarch.
