Demi Moore’s surprise KATSEYE cameo leaves fans buzzing

Demi Moore has shocked fans with a surprise appearance in KATSEYE’s bold new music video for their latest single Animal.

The 63-year-old Hollywood icon, best known for her roles in Ghost and The Substance, makes a dramatic cameo in the cinematic visual, adding an unexpected star power boost to the K-pop-inspired girl group’s highly anticipated comeback.

Animal, which was co-written by chart-topping hitmaker Ed Sheeran, explores the contrast between the perfect images people show the world and the wild.

Featuring powerful vocals, glossy production and a futuristic sound created by hitmakers Omer Fedi and Blake Slatkin, the track sees KATSEYE stepping further into their daring and high-concept style.

The accompanying video takes viewers into a surreal world filled with surveillance rooms, mirrored identities and mysterious transformations. 

The video has already made waves, debuting across MTV Live, MTVU and even appearing on the famous Paramount Times Square billboards.

The release comes ahead of KATSEYE’s third EP, WILD, which is set to arrive on August 14. 

The project follows their 2025 EP Beautiful Chaos, which landed in the Billboard 200’s top five and featured their global hit Gnarly.

The group are also preparing for their first cinema event, WILD HEARTS, arriving in theatres on August 12. 

The film will give fans a behind-the-scenes look at KATSEYE’s journey, featuring unseen footage, fan moments and personal reflections from the members.

Produced by Interscope Films, Boardwalk Pictures and HYBE X GEFFEN, the film promises to showcase the challenges and triumphs behind the group’s rapid rise to global fame.
