Simon Pegg recently made bold declaration about joining Mission: Impossible franchise.
The British actor, who played the role of IMF technician Benji Dunn in Mission: Impossible III, spoke to Page Six at the Disclosure Day premiere earlier this week, revealing that he “learned to take care” of himself a little bit.
Interestingly, Simon shared that he had to get in shape because of his role as a secret agent.
Therefore, the 56-year-old actor “kind of had to look like one and then I realised it was actually a lot of fun to look after yourself, like you might as well give yourself the best chance you can”.
Elsewhere in the interview, Simon alsoopened up about his eating habits.
The Star Trek actor learned to enjoy foods that he used to ignore like seeds.
“They’re amazing!” he added at the premiere.
Meanwhile, Simon will do the voiceover of Buck in the hugely successful Ice Age cartoon franchise next year.
The actor told the outlet, “I love playing that character, and anytime the opportunity arises to do him, I’m more than right there.”
“I don’t think about that kind of stuff… I do it for the love of it,” he added.
