Justin Baldoni is stepping into a more grounded phase of life after reaching a settlement in his legal case with Blake Lively.
Based on latest developments, the Jane the Virgin alum has been based in Nashville with his wife Emily and their two children over recent months.
As per People's source, "It's obviously been an incredibly difficult time for the whole family, but Nashville has given them a fresh start”
The update follows confirmation from both legal teams that a settlement was reached ahead of a scheduled New York trial.
The dispute originated from Lively’s December 2024 filing related to the film’s production, allegations Baldoni has consistently denied.
Additionally, the publisher revealed, “Justin and Emily are both incredibly resilient and grounded. Justin's not someone who sits around dwelling on the past and feeling sorry for himself.”
“Right now, their focus is really on family and moving forward," the insider continues.
Meanwhile, Baldoni’s attorney, Bryan Freedman, described him as “ecstatic at the results of this and the settlement itself,” adding that he and his collaborators were “very pleased with where this ended up.”
Furthermore, the outlet mentioned, the family’s late 2025 move to Tennessee brought them more peace and distance from public attention.
Professionally, Baldoni remains active in the industry, he is currently working as a producer on Dinner with Audrey.
