Who actually won Blake Lively and Justin Baldoni lawsuit?

Legal teams for Blake Lively and Justin Baldoni have reportedly earned hefty legal fees after their prolonged court battle over It Ends with Us came to an end.

Based on new reports, the legal battle between the two sides is believed to have cost around $60 million in total.

According to Page Six, both of the parties collectively spent around $60 million on legal proceedings as they filed and counter filed claims over the course of the dispute.

Lively was represented by attorneys Michael Gottlieb and Esra Hudson, while Baldoni worked with Bryan Freedman and Ellyn Garofalo.

After the case was resolved, Freedman called it a “huge victory” for his client, adding that Baldoni felt cleared following earlier rulings.

The dispute started in late 2024 and included allegations and countersuits over harassment and reputation damage, although some of Lively’s claims were dismissed and no payout was made.

In a joint statement, both parties accepted there were challenges during filming and mentioned that they are agreed to move on.

Notably, the legal case over the 2024 film It Ends With Us has officially wrapped up after months of public scrutiny and legal proceedings.
