“We acknowledge the process presented challenges and recognize concerns raised by Ms. Lively deserved to be heard,” the statement continued.
For the unversed, the legal feud began after Lively accused Baldoni of unethical behavior and claimed his team launched a revenge campaign against her, allegations he strongly denied.
Meanwhile a judge previously dismissed multiple claims, some backlash related allegations had remained active until the settlement was finalized.
It is pertinent to mention, Baldoni’s countersuit was also dismissed earlier in the case.
Although the agreement is undisclosed, but both the sides have expressed a mutual desire to close the case and move ahead.
