Kim Kardashian’s law dream takes unexpected turn

Kim Kardashian has made a surprise move in her legal journey after years of working toward becoming a licensed attorney.

Based on latest source, the 45-year-old reality star is currently stepping away from the California Bar exam after an unsuccessful attempt last July.

According to TMZ, the insider also confirmed that she did not sit for the February exam and has no plans to retake it in July.

The SKIMS founder had previously confirmed her exam result last November, acknowledging the setback publicly on social media.

She wrote on her official Instagram Story, ““Well… I’m not a lawyer yet. I just play a very well-dressed one on TV.”

She went on to add, “Six years into this law journey, and I’m still all in until I pass the bar. No shortcuts, no giving up — just more studying and even more determination."

In December 2025, she told Time Magazine that the result briefly affected her confidence, saying she felt uncomfortable and chose to speak about it before it went public online.
