Tom Hiddleston thrilled fans with the latest remarks about highly anticipated film, Avengers: Doomsday.
The British actor is set to reprise his role as Loki in the upcoming sci-fi action film.
While promoting his film, Life of Chuck in Japan, The Night Manager star spoke with their publication The River about the Marvel film.
When asked if his character will appear in the project, Hiddleston choosing his words carefully and avoiding spoiling the film, he said, “If I say that, it’ll get complicated.”
"All I can say is that Avengers: Doomsday is a spectacular film that will defy all your expectations,” he said.
He admitted that the screenplay completely surpassed his expectations when he first read it.
The Golden Globe winner said, “My expectations were certainly defied. When I read the script, I knew it was going to be something extraordinary.”
Directed by Russo brothers, Avengers: Doomsday is set to reunite Robert Downey Jr, Chris Evans, Chris Hemsworth, Tom, Sebastian Stan, and Benedict Cumberbatch.
In addition to other superheroes from the multiverse including the X-Men, Wakanda and the Fantastic Four.
Avengers: Doomsday is slated for release on December 18.
