Jill Zarin has found herself in hot water after a former business partner launched a bombshell lawsuit over her pickleball venture.
According to court papers filed in Palm Beach, entrepreneur Noah Springer claims the 62-year-old star cut him out of profits from their company, Pickle Pro Labs, despite his hefty $500,000 investment.
Springer alleges he was promised a 25 per cent stake when he backed the business in 2022, then known as Pickle Innovation Studios, but says the deal quickly unravelled.
In the explosive complaint, he accuses Zarin and her associate Gary Brody of misusing company funds for personal expenses and freezing him out of operations.
He also claims he stopped receiving an agreed $5,000 monthly payment in May 2024, despite continuing to contribute time, money and resources.
Things allegedly escalated when Good Afternoon America star and Brody launched a separate company to sell a pickleball testing device, with Springer insisting the product was built using his ideas and investments.
He now claims he has been completely shut out of profits and even blocked from company accounts.
His legal team says he simply wants “his ownership interests respected” and insists the dispute could have been settled privately.
Instead, he is now asking the court to step in.
It's worth noting that, the reality TV star has yet to publicly respond to the claims.
The lawsuit lands just months after the former The Real Housewives of New York City star faced backlash over controversial remarks about Bad Bunny’s Super Bowl performance.
