Kim Kardashian, Kris Jenner and Ray J’s legal saga over defamation claims as well as the breach of an NDA have gotten messier.
The Skims founder and the rapper had signed a non-disclosure agreement over their infamous leaked sex tape that prevented them from making false claims or talking about the matter at all.
As per TMZ, the Keeping Up with the Kardashians’ mother-daughter duo has sent a legal letter to the Envy actor demanding the return of money they paid him back for breaching the contract.
Around October 2, 2025 the singer, whose real name is William Ray Norwood Jr., had dished in a livestream that he had received $5 million from the Kar-Jenner pair since they spoke about the tape first on Hulu.
Kim and Kris’s legal team is now demanding the entire amount back, with an additional $1 million to each of them for breaching the NDA.
“My clients take this matter very seriously and unless your client complies with the foregoing, the Kardashians will file legal action to enforce their rights,” their letter to Ray J read.
The two parties are, as a result embroiled in a legal back-and-forth of lawsuits and counter-suits over the breach of the NDA from both sides.
