Ben Affleck walks away from $60M Beverly Hills home for peace

Ben Affleck supposedly gave up his share of a Beverly Hills mansion which he shared with Jennifer Lopez at no price.

This was registered under the category of transfer of property between spouses, according to documents which changed the property settlement agreement between the couple. 

TMZ sources revealed that Affleck had willed Lopez all of the 60.85 million of his own free.

In June 2023, one year after they got married, the 38,000-square-foot home with 12 bedrooms and 24 bathrooms and a basketball court was bought in cash. 

In 2024, Lopez petitioned to divorce, which was finalized in January 2025. However, as per insiders, the relocation is not so generous but a clean break.

"This isn't him giving anything," one of the sources told a media house. This is him buying to be off with. That house is the last of it, and he wants it off, quick.

Affleck is said to give anything at this juncture as peace of mind is worth more than the money.

The actor moved into a $20.5 million Pacific Palisades home to be closer to his children with ex-wife Jennifer Garner. 

Lopez bought an $18 million home in Los Angeles to house her twins, Max and Emme.

It is not giving alms, the source said, "It's self-preservation."
