Denise Richards and Aaron Phypers’s latest divorce hearing has not been favourable for the former since she has been ordered to pay the latter.
The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills alum’s ex-husband had requested temporary spousal support which has now been granted.
During the former pair’s appearance at a Los Angeles Superior Court on Thursday, February 26, Judge Nicole Bershon ordered the model to pay the 53-year-old $25,000 in attorney fees for their divorce proceedings, plus an additional $5,000 to cover a forensic accountant.
Denise has also been ordered to pay in installments of $10,000 over the course of three months as of now, at the end of March, April and May 2026 until further order of the court.
The judge even ruled that the Wild Things actress pay “pendente lite spousal support" or a temporary spousal support, of $5,000, per the ruling.
As per reports, Judge Nicole clarified that the attorney fee payments will not apply to Aaron’s criminal defense, only the divorce proceedings.
Notably, Aaron had been named in an eight-page criminal complaint filed against him in October, and was removed from a Los Angeles courtroom and taken into custody.
