Michael Jackson’s son, Prince, who recently produced the biopic dedicated to his father’s life, Michael, shared what his childhood looked like.
Reflecting on the time he spent with his dad, the 29-year-old revealed details about how the Billy Jean hit maker used to treat him during an appearance on Channel Seven's Sunrise on Thursday.
He described how ‘awesome” and “child-like” the legendary singer was and how he always used to get down to his children’s level to play with them.
Prince stated, “Growing up at Neverland with my siblings and my father, for us, it was hanging out together as a family, but with the backdrop of elephants and giraffes walking in the background,”
He added, “We spent a lot of time playing board games together, reading books, watching movies. It truly was, and is, magical. It felt like your own personal Disneyland.”
It is to be noted that Michael was the father of three, with Prince being the eldest son, then his daughter, Paris and then the youngest son, Bigi.
The musician, who is following in his father’s footsteps, concluded the conversation, “But when he played with us, he played with us. You know, he got down, and he was playing with the toys and making up stories,”
“He just had a very childlike nature that was so much fun, always playing pranks on people and stuff.”
Notably, the former member of Jackson 5 shared his children with lover, Debbie Rowe, while the youngest was welcomed via anonymous surrogate.
