D4vd has been hit with some brutal and disturbing allegationsby the Prosecution, regarding how he handled Celeste Rivas Hernandez's body after he murdered her.
The 21-year-old got charged in Los Angeles County with first-degree murder of the minor on April 23, 2025.
Apparently, the motive was to silence her after she threatened to expose him, and new court filings are adding to the pile of gruesome claims against him.
As per a medical examiner’s report that was previously made public the victim was missing two fingers, with her right index finger bearing a “shhh…” tattoo, with the musician also sporting a similar tattoo in pictures.
Prosecutors allege that one of the missing fingers bore a tattoo of Burke’s name so that he could “distance himself from the victim.”
The government also claims that the Romantic Homicide singer used a chainsaw to dismember the victim’s body and sent messages to her phone after she had, as per their beliefs, already passed to further cover up his body.
D4vd, whose real name is David Anthony Burke, had allegedly murdered Hernandez after she threatened that she would expose their illegal relationship to end his career and ruin his life, reportedly out of jealously with the musician’s relationships with other women.
