Denise Richards talks abusive relationships with Erika Jayne on ‘RHOBH’

Denise Richards, who has had a public falling out with ex Aaron Phypers, has marked her return to the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.

The model made an appearance on the Februaury 19th episode of the show, six years after she parted from it as a full-time member, to chat with Sutton Stracke and Erika Jayne.

During the trio’s dinner, the Starship Troopers actress opened up about her surgeries and ongoing divorce.

At one point in the conversation Erika asked Denise about her black eye which she submitted as physical abuse evidence to gain a temporary restraining order against Aaron and was ultimately granted it.

"It started a while ago, it was a slow burn though. My dad asked me, he said, 'Why didn’t you tell me?' I said, 'I can’t share this and stay with a person,'" the mother-of-three stated likely about the abuse.

Denise also opened up about her first seven-and-half hour surgery, after which she got help from The Leap actor to go to the toilet because she was having trouble walking, when another incident of him abusing her occurred.

Notably, the Love Actually actress also stated that this was the time that she realised that the marriage was over and that she couldn’t salvage it anymore.
