Tom Hanks recently shed some light on the Woody character in upcoming Toy Story 5 movie.
The actor revealed that the voice behind Pixar character appeared to be a bald spot on the toy cowboy in the forthcoming movie.
“He has been played with to excess,” said the 69-year-old in a new interview with Entertainment Weekly.
Tom told EW, “You put a rubber hat on top of a rubber head again and again and again and again, something's gonna chafe.”
“So, yeah, he does have… let's say a worn area on the back of his head,” explained the Cast Away actor.
Elsewhere in the interview, Tom shared why Woody’s body had to change after the first movie in the franchise, which was released in 1995.
The two-time Oscar winner mentioned, “He is not shaped plastic… He is made of stuffing and cloth, and that stuff settles over time.”
Meanwhile, Tom’s fifth installment of the movie franchise will release in theatres on June 19.
