Bianca Censori opens up on rehab stay funded by Kanye West

Kanye West has reportedly splashed out a “ridiculous” amount to send his wife Bianca Censori to rehab, and she insists it’s the best present he’s ever given her.

The 31-year-old, who tied the knot with the controversial rapper in 2022, opened up in a candid Vanity Fair interview about her stay at a Spanish clinic. 

Bianca revealed she had been struggling emotionally and was “self-medicating with benzodiazepines.” 

She admitted that she needed help to break patterns that were hurting both herself and those around her.

“I needed to work on myself,” she told the magazine. 

“I put a lot of pressure on other people being the reason for my happiness or the reason for my unhappiness … Rehab changed my life. 

How was I a completely different person? I was very emotionally dysregulated. And I can function now.”

She said Kanye’s decision to pay for her treatment topped any material gift he could ever buy. 

“Anything that you have ever bought me does not equate to how important this was to me,” she said.

The 48-year-old rapper, who has made headlines for his controversial behaviour, including praising Adolf Hitler and selling Swastika t-shirts, also recently spoke about his own rehab stint in Switzerland. 

He credited Bianca with encouraging him to seek help during a manic episode, adding that he’s still trying to find the right course of medication to manage his bipolar disorder.
