Halle Bailey has recently expressed her gratitude to her loving community of women as a single mother to her son.
Reflecting on motherhood, the You, Me & Tuscany star credited her village, including her sister Chloe Bailey, for helping her raise her two-year-old son Halo amid Hollywood work schedule.
After her split from DDG, Halle told PEOPLE magazine, “You don’t do it alone.”
“I feel grateful that I have beautiful women in my life that surround me and lift me up and that are my village. It’s a village job,” explained the 26-year-old.
The Little Mermaid actress continued, “Especially when you're trying to work on so many different things.”
“You're trying to do your career as well as balance [motherhood], but I feel like women, we can do it all. Like we really can,” pointed out Halle.
The Last Holiday actress added, “We need to give ourselves more credit as women sometimes, too, and know that we are amazing.”
