Rosé has made a heartfelt confession that may disappoint fans dreaming of a solo world tour.

The 28-year-old pop superstar, whose hit collaboration with Bruno Mars APT. has landed an impressive three Grammy nominations, revealed she’s simply not ready to take on the world alone just yet.

Speaking candidly on a special Grammy-themed episode of Call Her Daddy, the BLACKPINK star admitted she feels she needs a much bigger catalogue before stepping on stage without her bandmates.

“I feel like to create a whole world onstage, I need more time,” she explained, pointing out that she currently has around 12 solo songs.

“I don’t feel ready to create a whole body of work for everyone yet.”

Rather than rushing the moment, Rosé urged fans to be patient, saying she wants her first solo tour to be something she can truly enjoy.

“Once I do start, I’d love it so much that I would want to do it for so long. So I don’t want to ruin that experience,” she shared.

The comments come as BLACKPINK prepare to drop their new Deadline EP on February 27, hot on the heels of wrapping their massive world tour.

The tour’s emotional finale in Hong Kong, where the four members shared a tearful group hug, quickly went viral and sparked rumours of a possible split.

However, the group have been quick to calm nerves.

While the girls have focused on solo projects since 2022’s Born Pink, Lisa recently confirmed they’ve been back in the studio together.
