Sydney Sweeney, who usually sparks controversies with bizarre moves, was called out after new trailer of Euphoria season 3 released.

Although the trailer left fans confused about the storyline, the online community debated about Sydney’s role as Cassie Howard.

The Anyone But You star’s first appearance in the teaser is being criticised for spreading obscenity as she creates explicit content for the internet.

While Jacob Elordi’s character expressed concern in reel life, admirers shared their opinions with one X user claiming that the actress “has talent” but is wasting it on “flat and bad roles.”

It is reported that she plays an only fans star in the show, sharing adult content for the online community while she prepares to tie knot with Jacob.

Another netizen did not hold back on their criticism, penning down: “I hate Cassie from Euphoria,” while a third noted: “First Sydney [bath] soap then body wash and this.”

Why is Sydney Sweeney considered controversial? 

This came after the Christy star landed in major controversies in the past year. Initially, Sydney was called out for her bathwater soap and later became the face of American Eagle ad.

The denim campaign was considered racist for highlighting her blue jeans while explaining the role of genes in determining characteristics in offsprings.
