As the new season focuses on Hawkins battling the Upside Down, the update featured a monster destroying places. The caption read: “Happy thanksgiving nerds.”
The four episodes came out on Turkey Day eve while the others will be dropping in two more Volumes scheduled for Christmas day and New Year’s Eve.
The previous season came out on May 27, 2022, which means fans waited more than three years to finally watch the rest of the show.
It was reported that the streaming giant faced an outage due to high volume of streamers.
Earlier, the bandwidth was increased by “30%” to avoid Netflix from crashing.
The increasing popularity might help the series in breaking records on the platform more than it did with previous parts.
Season four primarily focused on the team fighting against Vecna, who kills teenagers and opens three gates to the right side up.
The antagonist aimed to conquer the entire world with his powers.
Meanwhile, it remains uncertain if he survived an attack from Joe Keery’s character Steve Harrington.
