It appears that his dedication has paid off, as critics and movie watchers are rallying behind Jacob, saying that his performance was award-winning.

One netizen wrote on X (formerly Twitter) “I don't think I can praise Jacob Elordi's performance as The Creature enough,” as another added, “Jacob Elordi I wasn’t familiar with your game I hope you get every award for this amazing performance.”
