Andrew Mountbatten Windsor is said to be feeling “deeply resentful” after being excluded from this year’s Remembrance Sunday commemorations.

Once a decorated naval officer and Falklands War veteran, Andrew’s absence underscores his ongoing exile from royal duties.

Having been stripped of his titles and honours last month following renewed scrutiny of his association with Jeffrey Epstein, the former prince’s connection to the annual military tribute has now been severed entirely.

Royal commentator Richard Fitzwilliams told Express.co.uk: “It’s ironic that two royals who’ve seen active service, Prince Harry and Andrew Mountbatten Windsor, are not at the Cenotaph today.”

“Andrew’s feelings, especially since he’s been stripped of honours in ways usually reserved for traitors, are likely to be deeply resentful.”

Mr Fitzwilliams added that despite his “bravery as a fighter pilot” and retention of his South Atlantic Medal, Andrew’s disgrace has left him isolated.
