Prince Harry heartbroken over no longer joining royals for Remembrance Day

Prince Harry reportedly feels “regretful” about no longer commemorating Remembrance Sunday at The Cenotaph alongside his royal relatives, royal expert Richard Fitzwilliams has claimed.

The Duke of Sussex, 41, who spent 10 years serving in the British Armed Forces, has always held the day close to his heart.

However, since stepping back from royal life in 2020, Harry now marks the solemn occasion privately in California, far from the national ceremony led by King Charles in London.

Speaking to The Express, Fitzwilliams explained: “For Harry, there will undoubtedly be mixed feelings. He remains part of the British military family. Though absent in person, he will be present in spirit.”

Reflecting on his military service, Harry once told People: “Having done two tours of duty in Afghanistan, I’ve done all I could to be the best soldier I was trained to be.”
