Former Duke and Duchess of York are due to vacate their residence of two decades, the royal Lodge after losing their royal titles.
The former couple had been residing at the residence as they had lease over it till 2078 but it was announced that they have been notified to leave it as they have lost their royal titles following their scandals.
As the two are packing up to leave, a royal insider ha revealed the state of the residence.
A source told Daily Mail that it will take “weeks if not months” because there is a lot to pack.
The source said that a big reason is “the Amazon deliveries that go up to Royal lodge are unbelievable”.
The insider said “there are rooms full of boxes that haven't even been opened”.
Andrew, who is now called Andrew Mountbatten Windsor, has been living at the lodge with former wide Sarah despite being divorced since 1996.
Their living situation was raised in the UK Parliament before Andrew was stripped of his titles.
The former pair had been paying “peppercorn rent” to live at the luxurious house for two decades.
