Prince Louis may be the youngest of Prince William and Kate Middleton’s three children but he’s already showing his cheeky side on royal duty.
During his first official engagement in 2023, the then-five-year-old joined his parents and siblings, Prince George and Princess Charlotte, at the 3rd Upton Scouts Hut in Slough as part of the Big Help Out for King Charles’ Coronation weekend.
While helping repaint walls and build paths, Louis couldn’t resist trying out one of the day’s most exciting tasks: operating a digger.
Watching on as his dad Prince William and brother George took turns, Louis adorably turned to Princess Kate and declared: “I want to go in with him!”
The moment melted hearts as Kate smiled and encouraged him to join.
With William’s help, Louis soon climbed into the digger, gleefully taking the controls.
