Prince William is preparing for a major event as Andrew prepares to leave Royal Lodge.
The Prince of Wales’ initiative the Earthshot Prize has made a big announcement ahead of the main event.
With the Earthshot Prize, William has spoke about the need for people to “work together with optimism and courage” for the environment.
The Earthshot Prize has announced the start of the Earthshot Prize Summit.
William will arrive in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil to mark the fifth year of his Earthshot Prize awards.
This year’s award night is scheduled to take place on November 5.
The foundation’s official Instagram account shared a series of video clips and snippets of behind-the-scenes from the venue.
The video was captioned “The Earthshot Prize Summit is here, and Rio de Janeiro has transformed into the Earthshot City. Expect a packed programme of events, roundtables and, of course, our Awards Night on 5 November.”
The future king will attend the Earthshot Awards on Wednesday evening at the Museum of Tomorrow.
The following day, William will travel on to Belem for the UN's climate conference COP30.
