Where will Prince Andrew live after being evicted from Royal Lodge?

Following his official eviction from Royal Lodge, Prince Andrew is preparing to leave behind his 30-room Windsor mansion, and his royal titles.

Buckingham Palace confirmed on Thursday that Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor, as he will now be known, has agreed to surrender the lease on Royal Lodge after being stripped of his styles, titles, and honours.

His relocation will be privately funded by King Charles, though his ex-wife Sarah Ferguson will make separate living arrangements.

The sprawling Sandringham Estate in Norfolk covers over 20,000 acres and includes several properties, three of which could soon become Andrew’s new home.

One leading option is Park House, once the birthplace of Princess Diana, is currently vacant after a charity lease ended.

Wood Farm, the secluded cottage where Prince Philip spent his retirement, is another likely choice.

Meanwhile, York Cottage, now used as estate offices, could be converted back into a private residence if needed.

A royal insider told The Times: “These decisions are the King’s alone, reflecting serious lapses of judgment by his brother.”
