Sarah Ferguson’s response to losing her royal title has been revealed.
Fergie, who was married to Prince Andrew from 1986 to 1996, is no longer the Duchess of York.
On October 17, the former Duke of York took the decisive step to renounce his royal titles after public backlash.
The decision came after a discussion with King Charles as stated by Andrew in his official statement.
Following the title surrender, Sarah’s response has been revealed as she is “furious”.
Sarah landed in deep trouble when her emails to Epstein surfaced online which date back to 2011.
The claim was made by royal expert Rob Shuter in a piece for his substack ShuterScoop.
“Duchess of York is ‘livid’ after losing her ‘Her Royal Highness’ title amid Andrew’s latest Epstein fallout.”, he wrote.
Robe cited an insider saying for Sarah “losing it feels like a death”.
Royal expert Phil Dampier also commented on it saying Sarah was “on the edge of a nervous breakdown”.
King Charles has assured that his nieces, Beatrice and Eugenie, will maintain their position in the royal family as it was.
Both sisters will retain their royal titles and styles and continue to participate in royal events as they did.
