Saturday Night Live’s cold open brings out familiar faces with Sabrina Carpenter, Domingo with familiar tunes.

The sketch comedy show continued the running joke which began with Ariana Grande and Marcello Hernández as the character of Domingo.

In the original skit, a couple Kelsey and Matt (played by Chloe Fineman and Andrew Dismukes respectively) are listening to the bridesmaids’ speeches in which Kelsey’s squad exposes instances of her cheating with Domingo.

As per tradition, the girls including Sabrina sang the current hits quite off-key starting with The Fate of Ophelia by Taylor Swift followed by Abracadabra by Lady Gaga before Domingo appeared with a solo rendition of Alex Warren’s Ordinary.

This time the friends revealed that they went on a girls trip before Matt’s birthday to find him the best gift, which he couldn’t join “because I was in Albany attending a self worth seminar.”

The trip also took place in which Taylor’s music bloomed, Nashville, after the women revealed that they would’ve preferred to go to Disneyland but they were banned from there.

Notably, Marcello’s character has gained widespread recognition and has become a recurring character after the original sketch went viral.

Why is 'SNL' famous?
