Demi Lovato started her career with Disney’s famous show Barney and Friends. At the age of seven, the Heart Attack hitmaker started playing piano and started acting at the age of eight. She also learned guitar at the age of ten.

After her successful breakout lead role in Disney’s movie Camp Rock, the 33-year-old signed the Disney's Hollywood Records label and released her first album, Don’t Forget at the age of 16.

The songstress has also won a GLAAD Vanguard Award for taking actively part in LGBTQ+ movement and is identified as a non-binary and prefers both she/her and they/them pronouns.

The Grammy-nominated artist also has a documentary series, Demi Lovato: Dancing with the Devil, released in 2021 for her experience with substance abuse and how she struggled after she nearly died for overdosing herself in 2018.

Demi's upcoming album, It's Not That Deep consists of 11 songs in total and includes singles like Fast, Here All Night, and Kiss and is her eighth studio album, coming out on October 24.

The song was also certified 7x Platinum by The Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA).

Cool for the Summer

This song belongs to Demi’s fifth studio album, Confident and was a top-10 hit in numerous countries including the UK, New Zealand, and Greece. The song stayed on charts for 20 weeks and peaked at number 11 on BillBoard Hot 100. Demi also released a rock version of the song in 2023 for her first remix album, Revamped.

Skyscraper

This single from crooner’s third studio album, Unbroken was released after Demi seeked treatment for her personal struggles. The song caused a major stir and debuted at number 10 on the Billboard Hot 100. It also received Choice Summer Song at the 2011 Teen Choice Awards and later she also made a rock version of the song.

Heart Attack

From the fourth self titled studio album, Demi. The song is a long time hit for its dynamic vocals and marked her third top-ten singles in the US and reached number 10 at the BillBoard Hot 100. The song was also certified 5x Platinum by the RIAA and notably, the artist released a rock version of the song in 2023 to mark its 10th anniversary.

Stone Cold

Another song that is from her fifth album, Confident, which was released for only promotional purposes and later was finalized as the third single of the album. The song was nominated for the Best Female Pop Vocal Performance at the 59th Annual Grammy Awards and was complimented by critics for the vocals. Demi also mentioned in an interview that she wrote this song with the help of her own experience with love and heartbreaks.
