Pop superstar Taylor Swift has joked that she’d make a brilliant undercover agent, and she might not be wrong.
The 35-year-old singer said she’s become an expert at staying under the radar, insisting she has all the clever tricks required to go completely unnoticed.
While chatting on the BBC Radio 2 Breakfast Show with Scott Mills, Taylor burst into laughter when asked if the CIA had ever approached her, just as they once did with Gloria Estefan.
“Yeah, but that’s classified, unfortunately,” she teased.
Known for her creative ways of avoiding attention, the songstress famously hid inside a cleaning cart to reach the stage during her Eras Tour.
She joked that she could “fit in a purse” or be “rolled in a garbage can” to stay out of sight.
“Sometimes I just can’t deal with it,” she added.
“So yeah, I’m digging tunnels under every building I go into or airlifting through the skylight!”
Furthermore, the Bad Blood hitmaker also discussed her latest album, The Life of a Showgirl, explaining that she always gives her friends a heads-up if they’re mentioned in her lyrics.
“If they’re real people, yeah,” she said, revealing she even sought permission from Elizabeth Taylor’s estate before referencing the screen legend.
Taylor’s high school best friend Abigail also received advance notice for being named in Ruin the Friendship.
