Actress Simone Ashley shares how consistency plays a key role in her acting career in latest appearance
Simone Ashley talked about her bond with Jonathan Bailey while working on Bridgerton.
During her recent media chat, the actress spoke about how her co-star has impacted how she approaches the show, mainly in staying committed and consistent.
In a recent episode of The Louis Theroux Podcast, she stated, "He set a great example of — for lack of a better word — the loyalty to the show."
She continued, "It is a show about family and returning home and returning to the family. I think a lot of people follow that suit."
Moreover, she noted, “Now when we go back, there is that environment of coming home and feeling like we’re part of a family. I can only comment on what me and Johnny have done. We just really make sure that our schedules can just make it work.”
For the unversed, Ashley portrays Kate Sharma, while Bailey plays Anthony Bridgerton.
The duo led the second season with a popular enemies-to-lovers arc and have since reprised their roles in later seasons in a more supporting capacity.
The series has been renewed for a fifth season, with production currently underway near London.
