Prince Harry slams Buckingham Palace aides for 'hostile briefings'
According to Harry’s team, those claims are false, and the result of damaging briefings from palace insiders
Prince Harry has accused Buckingham Palace courtiers, the so-called "men in grey suits", of sabotaging his reunion with King Charles.
Earlier this month, the Duke of Sussex met his father in London for the first time in over a year. But reports quickly emerged suggesting their 53-minute meeting at Clarence House had been "official" in tone and that Harry gifted his father a framed family photo.
According to Harry’s team, those claims are false, and the result of damaging briefings from palace insiders.
A source close to Harry told the Mail on Sunday: “The relationship between the Duke and His Majesty the King is a matter for the two of them and the two of them only. The men in grey suits should stay out of it.”
The duke's spokesperson doubled down, blasting media reports as “pure invention” and designed to “sabotage any reconciliation between father and son.”
While confirming that a photograph was gifted, they clarified it did not feature Meghan Markle.
