Nicki Minaj, known for being a "Queen of Rap," has seemingly confirmed her new album with major update after teasing it few days ago.
The 42-year-old introduced a new addition to her official Instagram after she stirred anticipation among her fans,
On September 27, the Barbie World hitmaker noticeably added the teaser date with a note in the bio of her social media page.
The message read: “3.27.26 = THE BRAND NEW INCREDIBLE ALBUM… The big one. It’s time,” adding a CD emoji.
This came after she shared the same date with no context to her X (formerly Twitter), starting a wave of excitement amongst her fans.
However, the announcement sparked an unexpected reaction from Cardi B, who recently released her album Am I The Drama? and promised a world tour.
The admirers instantly noticed a drama unfolding between the two rappers, speculating that the 32-year-old singer is dissing the Trinidadian musician.
The WAP hitmaker turned to her X to write: “Ladies and gentlemen… this is why the album is called AM I THE DRAMA? Good night everybody!!!” This was seen as a jab at the Bang Bang crooner.
The upcoming world tour by the Grammy winner is expected to begin in February which means Nicki will drop the new record during her nemesis’ concert dates, March 27, 2026.
